Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: Orders may take up to 21 days to ship. I am just one person running this business & many items are made to order. Thank you for your patience in advance.
Q: Do you take commissions?
A: Yes! Please email me at ruby@rubyii.com and we can discuss your ideas further!
Q: Do you have a store front?
A: No, at the moment I am only selling via my website or at local markets in Portland, OR :)
Q: Can I place a wholesale order?
A: Absolutely! Please feel free to email me at ruby@rubyii.com & we can arrange for that!
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I'll accept returns on most products up to 14 days after the order has been delivered. Returned products must be sealed / in new condition still. Returns are issued to the original payment method used at checkout once the returned package is received by me. Email ruby@rubyii.com to let me know you'd like to make a return and we can discuss that process further :)
Q: I bought an item as a holiday gift, but what if the recipient wants to return or exchange it?
A: The return policy is more relaxed during the winter holiday season. Orders placed in December may be returned or exchanged through January 10th. Refunds will be issued to original payment method used at checkout.
Q: What should I do if my items arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please reach out to me at ruby@rubyii.com & include photos of the damage / defect as well as a brief description of the issue. In most cases I will issue a refund or re-ship a replacement item at no cost to you.
Q: Are there any special cases regarding your return / defect policies?
A: All returns or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
